3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
• Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders within the United States.
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
• Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days
• Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
D’ Luxe Skin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Orders shipped to certain remote locations may be subject to longer delivery times.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
D’ Luxe Skin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
